Chinese and English dictionaries for Palm, include DA tools for quick access.

It's simple to use but Abstract's upgrade policy is very rigid, registered users can only upgrade to newer versions released within 6 months from the date of registration.

KDIC and dictionaries from Brando WorkShop are free/cheap alternatives, but whether those dictionaries are properly licensed is doubtful.

Pleco's Oxford English & Chinese Dictionary seems to be good as well but it's rather pricey.
